• Learning first. Everything else follows.

  • Hi! I am Nati Ceruti

    Criteria built through experience
I'm a psychologist and have been working for almost 30 years in very diverse contexts: private companies, public organizations, education, technology, production, entertainment and government.
That path was neither linear nor homogeneous. Precisely because of that, I was able to develop a broad and pragmatic perspective on how people decide, learn and act in real contexts — where variables are not isolated and decisions have consequences.
My practice is grounded in both direct experience and academic training, with a sustained interest in understanding what makes it possible for what matters to hold up over time.
    Training and framework
I have undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business Administration, and a Master's in Cognitive Psychology and Learning. Over the years I have incorporated tools from mediation, negotiation, team work and organizational design, always with an applied and contextual logic.
I don't work from methodologies as recipes, but from the critical integration of different approaches when the problem calls for it. My focus is not on applying theoretical frameworks, but on using knowledge to think better about concrete situations.
    Professional practice
I work with leaders, executive teams, boards and organizations facing complex challenges, where good intentions and technical knowledge are not enough.
I support decision-making processes, review of key conversations and design of organizational conditions, with a perspective that integrates Behavioral Sciences, Strategy, Leadership and Organizational Practice.
    Teaching and projects
Since 2008 I have been a permanent visiting lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of Jyväskylä (Finland), where I teach Psychology and Learning programs for managers.
I also lead initiatives related to learning and the design of formative ecosystems, complementary to my personal practice.
