Organizations don't fail for lack of ideas.
They fail at executing what they already know.
Behavioral Sciences applied to real problems
Leadership · Cummunication · Strategy · Decisions
The Behavioral Sciences integrate knowledge from psychology, behavioral economics and social sciences to understand how people think, decide and act in real contexts.
I apply this knowledge to leadership, communication and operational architecture so that strategy translates into action.
Personal Leadership
Leading involves: creating and translating vision, making decisions, anticipating consequences, communicating clearly, holding difficult conversations, managing teams, coordinating, handling uncertainty and correcting course.
Leadership is also often exercised in isolation, or within environments where everyone shares the same pressures.
I work 1 on 1 with leaders. From an external perspective, I create space to think clearly and gain perspective. I help translate ideas into concrete actions and support execution. I evaluate with rigor and without complacency, with a focus on real learning.
Strategic Communication
Communicating involves: giving clear feedback, holding difficult conversations, addressing conflict without avoiding it, coordinating across areas, aligning messages, building external narrative and managing communication in crisis contexts.
In organizations, communication is often shaped by tensions, silences, misunderstandings and competing agendas.
I work on the conversations that matter. I design and facilitate spaces to address disagreements, clarify expectations and take clear positions. I support the construction of institutional messages consistent with the organization's strategy and identity. I focus on ordering exchanges, defining messages and establishing clear criteria around content, tone, spokespersonship and timing. I evaluate with rigor the coherence between what is communicated and what actually happens in practice.
Operational Architecture
Designing an organization involves: defining structures, distributing authority, assigning roles, establishing decision-making mechanisms and creating the conditions for strategy to hold in daily operations.
A poorly designed structure generates friction that no amount of leadership or communication can compensate for.
I work on the design and redesign of organizational structures, from scratch or through restructuring, in private companies and government bodies. The focus is on ensuring that the way an institution is organized is coherent with what it wants to achieve.
