    I work in different modalities, depending on the nature of the problem, the level at which it occurs and the degree of complexity involved.

    1:1 Strategic Advisory

    I work individually with people in leadership roles who need:

    • clarity to decide in complex contexts,
    • support on relevant decisions,
    • to review conversations, priorities or criteria,
    • to sustain decisions that have real impact.

    This modality is close, demanding and oriented toward solving concrete situations.

    Work with Executive Teams and Boards

    I work with management teams, executive committees and boards when the challenge lies in:

    • how decisions are made,
    • how difficult issues are addressed,
    • how operational agreements are built,
    • how governance works in contexts of tension or change.

    The focus is not on the content of decisions, but on the quality of the decision-making and conversational process.

    Focused Interventions

    I design bounded interventions for specific problems, for example:

    • persistent friction in key teams,
    • strategic decisions that are not being implemented,
    • conversations that are avoided or repeated without progress,
    • moments of change that require redefining the rules of the game.

    These are interventions with a defined scope, clear focus and workable follow-through.

    Referrals when appropriate

    When the challenge is primarily one of organizational learning, capability development or experiential design, the work is channeled through Love2Learn.

    When the problem is systemic or territorial, linked to governance, public policy or complex context development, the work is coordinated through eutopia.social.
